With over 700 studios and en-suite rooms in Loughborough and Leicester, we promise that when you book your student accommodation with us we’ll make you feel right at home. If you're after a modern, stylish, spacious and affordable studio, then our Leicester student studios and Loughborough student studios will have you covered. Our studios offer additional space for studying and relaxing, so take a look but don't hang around they are very popular!
Leicester last few studios left to book--Flexible start date!

We are offering flexible start dates through October, November and December 2020 for our remaining available studios and one-bedroom flat in our Renaissance House, Salisbury Road and Regent Road accommodations. This means that students can move the start of the Tenancy Agreement from now all the way to the end of December 2020 if required.
